I have now filed a second and separate open records request. It reads as follows:
My name is Randy Tobia. I request all emails between Tom Blues and Peggy Henson, Tom Blues and Dick Decamp, and Tom Blues and Julian Beared on the subject and topic of illegal aliens, benifits for illegal aliens, ID cards for illegal aliens, housing for illegal aliens, support for illegal aliens. Any information on the subject and relating to the mayors comission/task force dealing with immigration is also requested from Mr Blues emails. Any information from the open records/foia laws may be blacked out but I request the other content of those emails. I will Pick these up when they are prepared. The dates I request are from 11-01-07 to 10-03-08.
